The Salesforce Dependency API covers 50 metadata types and 80 different relationships. This is what the competition uses. But Metazoa built our own custom Dependency API from scratch that covers all 327 metadata types and over 1,500 relationships. In the past, org clone projects required dozens of engineers, months of effort, and millions of dollars. Metazoa products communicate directly between the customer’s personal computer and their Salesforce org. There is no intermediate cloud or database. Metazoa has the same modern desktop architecture as Salesforce DX and Visual Studio Code. Snapshot can automatically merge similar Profiles and create Permission Sets that make up the difference. When the dust clears, users have the same permissions, but multiple Profiles can be deleted. This is the only practical strategy for moving away from Profiles and adopting Permission Sets. Nobody does more with permissions than Metazoa.
